Under such a situation, the best we would offer is to refund the customer’s money back. “Shamiana Live” undertakes no responsibility for any loss, financial or otherwise, incurred by the customer due to such incident. No interest or any other charges will be paid to the customer for their effort and / or cost in originally transferring the funds to us or for the time duration that the funds lie with us.

Product Pricing

While, we use our best efforts in ensuring that all products are accurately priced, it might sometime happen that the price being displayed and the product being paid for was erroneously priced. If such a case happens, WE will not be under an obligation to sell the product at the wrongly typed or maintained price. Under such a situation, the best we would offer is to refund the customer’s money back. We undertakes no responsibility for any loss, financial or otherwise, incurred by the customer due to such incident. No interest or any other charges will be paid to the customer for their effort and / or cost in originally transferring the funds to us or for the time duration that the funds lie with us.

Cancellation by US

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on product available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by us. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you have made payment for the same, the said amount will be reversed back to the account from which payment was made.

Cancellation by YOU

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount, in case payment has already been made. The orders that have already been shipped by us will not be cancelled.

Final and Binding Decision

Any decision taken by us in respect of cancellation of an order shall be final and binding on you. You hereby agree to not dispute the decision made by us and accept the decision regarding such cancellation.

We believe that the Debit/Credit card details provided by you to get the services from website will be correct and accurate and you will not provide any card details which are legally not owned by you. We will not utilize the information provided by you and will not be shared by the website with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verification or by law, regulation or court order. We will not be liable for any Debit/Credit card fraud.

Product Disclaimer

The details of the products or product specifications (weight, colour, handwork details, size, etc.) as shown on our website are only approximate values.

While “Shamiana Live” shall endeavour to ensure the accuracy of order of the products, there may be slightly variations in colour of the actual product against that as shown on the website, due to nature of fabric, dyes, climatic situations at the time of dying, lighting, digital photography limitations, difference in displays or any other technical or technological reasons.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind that minor variation may occur in colour, weight, handwork, size, etc. as seen on the website against the actual product received.

“Shamiana Live” believes in & we can helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Return Policy

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9933190147 or email us at mail@shamiana.live mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement (if available) is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Guidelines on Returns

Exchange doesn't require any reason like DAMAGE/WRONG COLOUR/WRONG PRODUCT. We exchange (if available) without reason. Customer needs to bear exchange shipping charge (Rs 100 to Rs 250) in case the delivered item is correct and not damaged.

In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong item has been received, kindly mail us - mail@shamiana.live within 24 hours of receipt of item.

It's very important that you should never send back an item without consulting with us. You should NOT send back the item until and unless you have verified with us otherwise no credit or replacement shall be given on such cases.

Always mention the issues associated with a single order delivery or a package delivery at the same time.

Be very much specific while describing the problem because all the returned items are thoroughly examined for defects and other related issues.

At any circumstances, the amount of the item will be refunded only and not the shipping amount.

Do return within 7 working days. Always return with original packing & original condition (no altered, washed, worn and used items). Always include a copy of the original invoice you received from us.

The garment or garments you return, will be examined thoroughly without any delay and it will be figured out what went wrong. Immediate actions will be taken from our end and we will make sure to prevent such problems from reoccurring.

Since safe and secured delivery to you is always our responsibility, in the same way sending back the items safe and secured becomes your responsibility. If any unwanted damadge happens in transit or the package doesn't get delivered to us, then we are sorry to say that we cannot help you.

Mark the items as defective returns and not for sale by declaring a low value.

Exchange of discounted items are possible only if you have received a wrong item.

Special Cases

If it is found that delivered item was damaged intentionally for raising refund or exchange issue - the organization will not be liable to exchange the item.

“Shamiana Live” reserves the right to refuse fulfilling / cancel repeat COD orders from customers who have previously refused to take delivery of COD orders placed by them on our website. Such customers can going forward only purchase using Pre-paid options i.e. card, net banking, etc.

Refund

A purchased product is normally not be refundable. But if some issues like manufacturing defects or damages, wrong product arises then just drop an email to us at mail@shamiana.live or feel free call us at 9933190147 with your order no. and product details. Please note that refunds will be issued only if we are responsible for the reason you mentioned. If in case of any damage to the product from the customer’s end occurs, then those issues will not at all be entertained by us and we will not be responsible to give back to you any refund amount. After receiving back the product at our warehouse we assure you that we will initiate the refund of your money within 7 business days. The refund amount will be credited back as per the banking guidelines of your bank account.

Color and Description Disclaimer

We do our best to present the products on our website as they appear in original. While great effort has been put to accurately reproduce products in their original style and texture, there may be minor variations from the actual product. Products ordered with sequin and stone decoration often come off even with best and careful handling, so it should be known while placing the order. Few of the fabrics have tendency to reflect textured effects as a proof of their authenticity. This should not be mistaken for a faulty product. Handicraft, hand dyed, items will always have certain minor differences. The raw finish of the handicrafts cannot be compared with machine finished products as this raw finish is the beauty of the handicrafts items. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on a product as seen on the website or your computer screen. A minor variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these products have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor. We request you to place an order keeping in mind these minor variations in the product as seen on a computer screen against the product received.

We committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
